Groups Urge Supreme Court to Halt FCC Broadcast Censorship

Five groups with varying philosophies are urging the Supreme Court to stop the Federal Communications Commission from enforcing decency standards, saying parents should shoulder the burden. The FCC?s decency regulations are not enforced between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and only affect broadcast networks, not cable or internet programming.
